REPRESENTATION
The Public Defender’s Early Representation Program (ERP) provides legal assistance, information, and representation to individuals who have been arrested or cited for misdemeanor offenses from the time that they have had police contact.
We can help those individuals prepare for their first court date and for the legal process ahead. If you have had police contact and would like free legal assistance or more information, please contact the Early Representation program by calling, texting or emailing:
